What's up Beautiful people?
So I didn't blog these last few days,I was planning to blog the whole week but things happened. My dad had surgery recently and I didn't have the mood or will to post anything, they were pretty hard days for me but don't worry dad is now OKAY Al-hamdulilah ! Because I spent a couple of days in a hospital and due to my habits of getting lost in my thoughts and observations,I had some realizations that I thought I'd share with you :
Events like this always make me think about life, health and other stuff related. Not everyone likes to take chances like this to contemplate that life is short and to be reminded of the importance of taking full advantage of our time here on earth but I find it very eye opening. As I was wandering of in the hallways of the hospital and walking passed rooms,I got to know a little bit about why some of the patients were there,I'm quiet the detective (joking) but really,I didn't mean to put my nose in their buisness,it was completely by chance and accident.Anyho, some were very lucky to survive and others were in extreme pain trying to recover.I also heard this man saying to this girl who had a splint on her hand that "your time in this life has been renewed and you could of died but you didn't..." refering to her and the patient they were visiting assuming they were in some sort of car accident. All in all, life is unpredictable, you don't know when or where your heart will stop beating or your loved ones as well.Apperciate every second with them and yourself, your time is limited so use it as wisely as you can.
One other thing that striked my mind once again,"health is one unconsitent thing",if you don't take care of its balance you loose it in a split second. We are such fragile creatures that once something hit our bodies,we loose strenght and capability,we're simply powerless. It was hard seeing my dad like that for a while as I consider him this strong and capable man but I was extremely happy to see him bounce back quickly,so my advice to you take good good care of your health, your loved ones health,be careful what you eat or what may harm you and you might end up okay.
And last but not least,"family and its great advantages",and by family I mean whoever is close to you, relative,a friend,a neighbour. It's amazing to see in such tuff and hard times, people who would stand by your side no matter what, pick you up when you fall hard and make sure that your feet are on the ground, standing still.Few people who makes it that far and show real and genuine commitment and just not out of courtesy and polite gesture. If you have someone like that, make sure to hold on to him with all your force and be grateful to this gift cause family is a great gift indeed.
I am intensely thankful and grateful that everything with my dad went perfectly fine and a new chance in life was given to him as a week ago I was thinking the exact opposite.I am now annoying my dad even more by showing up at his side every few minutes and trying to spend more time with him boring him with my never ending talks :D I wish you all long lives, good health and amazing people by your side.
Stay Awesome ;)
