Empathy ? What's that ?

I f you would ask me what's wrong with the world ? I'll tell you lack of empathy.It's exactly what humans need to coexsist and make some actual progress.What is empathy you ask ? It's simple.

Empathy is to be able to recongize what other people feel,experience and try to understand it.In more simple words,to put yourself in someone else's shoes.No no ! this is not some sort of super powers, telepathy or something extraordinary that's relevant to a few of us,everyone could actually do this.

See we are all humans; therefore, we all experience the same emotions.I always say : We are all different yet we are all the same.We all experience happiness,love,saddness,rage,dissapointement,hunger,pain...you name it and we all know what's our basic needs are and how much they are important to us.This is something that we acknowledge yet we never make this connection with others nor use it.Self absorb,overly concerned with ourselfs...me me and only me isn't this our philosphy ?

According to my observations,most of the judgments come from lack of understanding other people's intentions...yes we can't know exactly what they're thinking  especially sometimes you don't want to know what's popping in their heads  or come near to the way they think.But as you try to empathize,you'll understand that's part of who we are,the part that was specifically designed to get us to get along with eachother and to coexist no matter what are differences are and the great added bonus is the fact that this could make you feel good in your skin and actually make you happy.

Now just for clarification,empathy is no near sympathy.Sympathy only concerns one feeling which is pity as for empathy concerns all the feelings from happiness to sorrow and go overboard that to try to understand it,suddenly you see that person from a wide perspective,a humanly perspective.You actually communicate with him in spirtual way.Okey maybe this is a super power after all :D
